Arrested on Spring Break?

Have you been arrested while on Spring Break 2017? Walton County and Bay County have been cracking down on spring breakers.  In Bay County there is an alcohol ban on the sandy breaches during the month of March for everyone regardless of age.  In Walton County they are arrested minors in possession of alcohol.

What Can You Do If Arrested?

Call 850-622-3000 or 850-763-3999

First you should contact a local Criminal Defense Attorney to help you navigate the legal process.  Minor in Possession charges are misdemeanors and pleading guilty, even no contest, can be considered a criminal record.  Our Santa Rosa Beach Criminal Defense Attorneys are familiar with the area, the laws, law enforcement and the state attorneys and can help craft a solution that will let you move forward with your life and let this incident be a life lesson rather than a hinderance that follows you forever.

Consultations are Free. Freedom is Priceless

If you have been arrested while on spring break here on 30A or on Panama City Beach you most likely are looking to head back to college out of town and out of state.  By hiring a private attorney at JGD Law we can most times appear on your behalf in court and work out a resolution while you return home or to college.  Depending on your past and the severity of the crime charged, there are often times diversion programs that we can help you get into rather than having a criminal conviction.
